TC Event Rentals LLC is a veteran-owned West Virginia business dedicated to providing safe, clean, commercial-grade inflatable entertainment for families, schools, churches, organizations and community events.

What We Offer

Rental Time

Normal rental time- 6hrs

Overnight rentals- $50 extra per inflatable 

2nd day rentals- 75% off weekdays, 50% off Sundays (if schedule allows) 

Referral Program

10% off your booking. Must be referred by someone who has booked in 2026. 

Non Profit/ Military Discount

10% off discount for Churches, Schools, Military and First Responders. Must show proof of ID. (Excludes Trio Packages)

Fees

Delivery Fee/ WV Sales Tax

Delivery fee are based on mileage from Fairmont, WV.

0-10 miles: $20

11-20 miles: $30

20-40 miles- $50

40-60 miles- $100

60-100 miles- please call or text and we can work out a deal. 

WV Sales Tax- $0.06%
